Metalocalypstick Fest is a female-based music festival that takes place annually in July in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, Canada.  Formed to support female artists in metal, punk, hardcore and heavy genres, all bands in the festival have at least one female musician.  The foundation is all about gender equality and promotion of how awesome it is when both genders work together to celebrate our differences!
